1. What are the age restrictions?
The exercises are recommended for individuals aged 12 to 60-65 years.
2 . Who should avoid the “Pravilo” trainer?
For safety reasons, the following individuals are not permitted to use the trainer:
- People weighing over 130 kg
- Those over 65 years old
- Pregnant and postpartum women
- Individuals with severe cardiovascular diseases, tumors, osteoporosis, rheumatism, or mental disorders
Stretching activates blood circulation, which can be dangerous for those prone to bleeding or at risk of blood clots.
The training is also not recommended for individuals with active infections, inflammatory processes, or oncological conditions, as increased blood flow can cause harmful substances to spread rapidly throughout the body.
To ensure safe and gentle stretching of the musculoskeletal system, it is crucial to confirm that joints, bones, and the spine can handle the process. People with bone implants, a history of spinal compression fractures, or large intervertebral hernias (over 8-10 mm) should avoid “Pravilo.” Additionally, those with 3rd-4th degree joint arthrosis, spondylosis, or ankylosing spondylitis must consult a doctor beforehand.
The training is also not recommended for individuals recovering from injuries, during menstruation, during flare-ups of chronic conditions, or under the influence of alcohol or withdrawal syndrome.
3. Is pain felt during the training?
Pain should not be experienced during training. Pain is a signal that something is going wrong. If a person feels significant discomfort during the session, they should immediately inform the instructor. It is important not to endure any unpleasant sensations such as pain, dizziness, nausea, etc. The instructor closely monitors any changes in the participant’s condition.
For example, if you are prone to high blood pressure or fainting, make sure to inform your instructor before starting the session.
During the first session, discomfort in the hands may occur as they are generally weaker than the legs and less prepared for the load. However, this discomfort should not escalate into sharp pain.
After the training, participants might feel muscle soreness, similar to what is experienced after any physical activity. For some, particularly those unaccustomed to physical activity, this soreness can be quite intense. Muscle soreness may persist for 1-2 days.
4. Is training on the “Pravilo” dangerous?
Training on the “Pravilo” is completely safe under the supervision of an instructor. Qualified instructors create an individualized exercise program for each person, monitor participants throughout the process, and receive feedback.
Additionally, stretching on the “Pravilo” is performed using only the participant’s body weight, without any additional load, which eliminates the risk of overstraining the body.
5. How does the “Pravilo” affect mood?
After training, emotional well-being becomes significantly more stable. Physical activity, in general, triggers the release of “happiness hormones” in the bloodstream. However, training on the “Pravilo” also has a calming effect. Additionally, after a session on the “Pravilo,” stress is relieved, the nervous system relaxes, and the body releases dopamine and serotonin, which contribute to an improved mood.
